Karma On The Rocks pieces are handcrafted and produced by empowered and skillful artisans in India.

We strive to partner with like-minded local artisans, designers, conservationists and businesses, to make a meaningful contribution to their economies and lives.

Designed and made with a generous spirit and heart

We Care, Nurture, Empower, Strive.

We work closely with our factory in India and play an active role in the lives of the artisans involved in the manufacturing of each garment.

We ensure that our artisans are all paid fair wages and there is no child labour involved in our products’ manufacturing.

Our collections are also made in consideration of our social engagement for women empowerment.

In addition, special attention is placed on the nurturing of the skill sets of our artisans to help them to develop in the know-how of their technical skills. An example is our embroidery which is all hand-woven in India by our talented artisans, using ancestral weaving techniques.

The handlooms, often handed down over several generations, ensure that their communities’ unique cultural heritage is kept alive, for future generations to enjoy. The irregularities in the fabric attest to their hand loomed nature, which we think make them more beautiful and unique.
