Shipping

  • We offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping on all orders over £300.
  • A flat fee of £15 applies on all orders below £300.
  • Due to the quality and value of the products purchased on this website, all orders are sent with trusted couriers.
  • All our orders are shipped from our factory in India.
  • Orders will be delivered to you within 4 to 5 days. However, occasionally some orders may take longer due to situations beyond our control.
  • Please note customer is responsible for all taxes duties payable at final destination.

 

Returns

We sincerely hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you do wish to return an item for any reason:

  • You may do so up to 14 days from the date of receiving the goods for a full refund or an exchange.
  • As long as it is returned to us in its original, saleable condition & packaging, with all labels and tags intact.
  • Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place.
  • Please avoid make-up coming into contact with clothing when trying them on.
  • The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
  • Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
  • We may refuse to refund or exchange if it is clear this has not been done, and return the goods to you.

Refunds

  • After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail.
  • The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
  • We aim to process refunds the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are sent out free of charge. In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives, then we’ll be happy to replace it for you.
  • In the rare event that an item becomes faulty after a period of time, then please contact customer service before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion, subject to a rigorous review.

Return Policy Exclusions

Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
